Lisa Gradow

Lisa Gradow is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fides Technology, a corporate governance software platform based in Munich, Germany. Prior to launching Fides and securing its $4.3 million seed funding round, she co-founded Usercentrics, a global consent management platform. At Usercentrics, she served as Chief Strategy Officer, helping scale the business to over 100 employees and securing a €17 million Series B before its merger with Cybot. Gradow also serves as the Vice President of the German Startups Association, advocating for the national technology ecosystem and venture capital policies. She completed her First Legal State Examination at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, providing the essential regulatory foundation utilized in her enterprise software ventures. Her current professional focus centers on leveraging automation to streamline legal operations, entity management, and corporate compliance for large multinational organizations and enterprises.
