Liam Collins

Liam Collins is the CEO and cofounder of Proxis, an early-stage technology startup that he built from the ground up. Prior to launching his current venture, he worked as an investment banker specializing in the renewable energy sector, where he gained foundational experience in institutional finance. He subsequently transitioned into a technical role, spending two years working as a software engineer developing zero-to-one systems for emerging businesses. Collins holds dual bachelor's degrees from Columbia University and the City University of Hong Kong, completing a specialized international academic program. He later enrolled in the graduate business program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, but he ultimately left the institution early to establish his own company. His diverse background combines renewable energy finance with hands-on software engineering to focus on scaling new technology ventures.
