Leon Lin

Leon Lin is the Founder and CEO of 1stCollab, a Y Combinator-backed platform designed to facilitate influencer marketing campaigns between brands and creators. Prior to launching this venture, he spent nearly a decade at Pinterest, joining when the enterprise had approximately 100 employees and remaining through its rapid expansion to a global workforce of 3,000. During his extended tenure there, Lin served as the Head of Discovery product, where he directly managed the Home, Search, and Pins teams to drive overall user engagement. He previously worked as a technical lead on the Recommendations team and eventually co-brainstormed the core concept for his current startup alongside his colleague Varun while developing creator monetization tools. Today, his professional focus centers on building scalable product discovery systems and advancing creator monetization technologies within the broader consumer technology and startup sectors.
