Leia de Guzman

Leia de Guzman is the San Francisco-based Co-Founder of Cambio, a Y Combinator-backed commercial real estate operations platform powered by agentic artificial intelligence. Before launching the startup, she spent seven years as an Investments Director for Oxford Properties and OMERS, deploying $8 billion across European and Asian markets. The Stanford University MBA graduate also worked as a climate tech investor at G2 Venture Partners and led a net-zero solar project for the U.S. Department of Energy. De Guzman recently helped Cambio secure an $18 million Series A funding round at a $100 million valuation to expand its global footprint. Under her product leadership, the software now manages over two billion square feet of assets across 35 countries for institutional clients like Nuveen, Principal, and Oxford Properties, streamlining their decarbonization, sustainability compliance, and retrofit planning.
