Lauren Sullivan

Lauren Sullivan is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Float Health, a venture-backed digital health technology platform based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to her current role, she co-founded Flightfox, a travel marketplace that participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2012 batch and was subsequently acquired by Scott's Cheap Flights in 2017. At Float Health, she leads product development and software engineering, guiding the company through the Y Combinator Winter 2022 program and securing seed funding in 2023 to expand its telehealth services. Over her twelve-year career in the technology sector, she has specialized in building scalable consumer products and managing complex marketplace dynamics across highly competitive global industries. Sullivan currently focuses on leveraging her dual-domain expertise in engineering and product leadership to advance digital healthcare infrastructure and scale modern telehealth solutions.
