Lauren Dachille

Lauren Dachille is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nimble, an education technology company based in Miami, Florida, with approximately twenty-five employees focused on improving K-12 teacher hiring. Prior to this role, she served on the Recruitment and Selection team at DC Public Schools and worked on state-level teacher quality policy at the nonprofit StudentsFirst. Dachille holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Education from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Under her leadership, Nimble secured a 2021 Phase I Development award from the US Department of Education to pilot a machine learning prototype with twenty school principals. Her career centers on applying data-driven technology and social entrepreneurship to optimize educator recruitment, helping school administrators identify the strongest teaching candidates for their classrooms.
