Lander Degreve

Lander Degreve is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Spott, an artificial intelligence applicant tracking system and customer relationship management platform for recruiting firms. The startup recently participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2025 cohort and secured €3.2 million in funding to scale its software operations. Prior to launching Spott, Degreve worked at BCG, where he built data and machine learning pipelines specifically tailored for recruitment agencies. He also spent time at Bain & Company developing an AI job matching tool and creating a generative AI consulting case interviewer application. Earlier in his career, he completed an investment banking internship at JPMorgan and earned a master's degree in financial statistics from Bocconi University. Degreve's professional background centers on leveraging advanced machine learning models to automate workflows within the professional staffing and talent acquisition sector.
