KURUSH DUBASH

Kurush Dubash is the Co-founder and CEO of Dome, a stealth startup focused on building compliance solutions for stablecoins. Previously, he served as a founding software engineer at Alchemy, joining as one of the first ten engineers and helping scale the blockchain infrastructure company to a workforce of more than 250 employees. During his tenure, he contributed directly to the technical development and scaling initiatives that supported Alchemy's rapid growth to a $10.2 billion Series D valuation. Dubash holds an engineering degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and maintains an active interest in photography alongside his entrepreneurial pursuits. His broader sector expertise spans decentralized finance infrastructure and prediction markets, including platforms like Polymarket. Dubash currently focuses on advancing Web3 technologies by developing robust regulatory and compliance frameworks for the expanding digital asset ecosystem.
