KUN QIAN

Kun Qian is the co-founder and CEO of Calltree AI, an enterprise software startup based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2025 with an initial team of five employees, the company participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2025 batch to develop artificial intelligence solutions that analyze call recordings and quantify operational inefficiencies. Prior to co-founding Calltree AI, Qian served as a product leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he specialized in building scalable enterprise contact center technologies. During his tenure, he collaborated with hundreds of large global enterprises, including Capital One, Intuit, and Adobe. He successfully scaled these product lines to generate tens of millions of dollars in annual recurring revenue. Qian's current focus remains on leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize core workflows, reduce costs, and improve data analytics within business-to-business contact center operations.
