Krishang Todi

Krishang Todi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Aegis, an AI-powered healthcare technology startup based in San Francisco, California. Founded in February 2025 and backed by Y Combinator as part of its Spring 2025 cohort, the three-person company develops automated platforms to help healthcare providers recover revenue lost to insurance claim denials, addressing an estimated $260 billion industry problem. Before launching Aegis, Todi worked at Palantir and built an enterprise artificial intelligence platform for Parsons Corporation, a public company with a valuation exceeding $7 billion. He received his formal education from Carnegie Mellon University, where he studied economics, computational finance, and computer science with a specialized focus on artificial intelligence. His current professional focus centers on leveraging AI agents to automate complex financial processes and resolve systemic operational inefficiencies within the broader healthcare sector.
