Kim Rants

Kim Rants is the CEO and Co-founder of Alice.tech, an artificial intelligence educational technology platform. Founded in 2024, the early-stage company participated in the Y Combinator W25 batch and has raised over $6 million to provide personalized exam preparation for more than 100,000 students. Previously, Rants served as an Associate Partner specializing in artificial intelligence at McKinsey & Company, where he was recognized as the fastest employee in Europe to reach the Engagement Manager level. He also previously worked as the Head of Global Business Development at LEGO. He holds dual Master of Science degrees in Computer Science from Imperial College London and Finance from the London School of Economics, complementing more than eleven years of experience teaching university students. His current professional focus centers on leveraging artificial intelligence to scale personalized academic learning solutions.
