Before joining Energize Ventures in 2019, Kevin built a strong foundation in finance and the energy sector. He previously worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse, where he was a member of the Energy Group. In this capacity, he advised on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets transactions for companies across the energy value chain. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of market dynamics, financial structuring, and the operational complexities inherent in the energy industry, which he now leverages to identify high-potential startups.

Kevin is actively involved with several of Energize Ventures' portfolio companies, demonstrating his commitment to their growth and success. While specific individual investments are part of the broader firm's strategy, his contributions extend to supporting companies like Aurora Solar, a leading solar design and sales software platform; Finite State, a firm focused on securing the software supply chain for critical infrastructure; Jupiter Intelligence, which provides climate risk analytics; and SmartCharge, an intelligent EV charging solution. His involvement helps these companies navigate strategic challenges, scale their operations, and achieve their market potential.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, which provided him with a robust analytical framework for his career in finance and venture capital.
