Kesava Kirupa Dinakaran

Kesava Kirupa Dinakaran is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Luminai, a customer support automation platform based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Under his leadership, the B2B SaaS company graduated from Y Combinator and has raised over $20 million in venture capital funding. This financing includes a $16 million Series A round in November 2021 led by General Catalyst, with additional participation from Craft Ventures. Before establishing Luminai, originally known as DigitalBrain, Dinakaran funded his early entrepreneurial ventures and living expenses in Silicon Valley entirely through prize money won at various technology hackathons. Outside of his professional software career, he is a competitive speedcuber who holds two Guinness World Records for solving Rubik's cubes. His current focus centers on leveraging artificial intelligence and robotic process automation to streamline internal workflow operations for enterprise customer experience teams.
