Kenton Jarvie

Kenton Jarvie is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Flint, a venture-backed healthcare technology startup currently based in San Francisco, California. Establishing the newly formed company in 2021, Jarvie developed a digital software platform designed to address United States nursing shortages by streamlining complex immigration and licensing processes for international healthcare professionals. Under his executive leadership, the Y Combinator-backed enterprise subsequently expanded its internal corporate workforce from 17 to 48 full-time employees while facilitating global workforce mobility. Before launching Flint, he operated as a serial entrepreneur in the food and beverage sector, founding early-stage startups such as Oco Meals and Gomae, and served as President at Transparent Investments.
