Keller Maloney

Keller Maloney is the Co-Founder and President of Unusual, an AI optimization platform based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2024, the startup recently secured $3.6 million in seed funding from investors including Y Combinator, BoxGroup, and Instacart co-founder Max Mullen. Prior to launching Unusual, Maloney drove growth strategy and served as Chief of Staff at Gatsby, an 8VC-backed web framework company acquired by Netlify in 2023. His early career includes executing over 15,000 cold calls in B2B sales, alongside analytical roles at Ares Management, Canyon Partners, and Schoen Cooperman Research. He graduated cum laude with a degree in Econometrics from Princeton University, where he captained the varsity water polo team and earned All-American honors. Maloney currently focuses on developing AI-driven business tools that help brands align their visibility and positioning within large language models.
