Kate Hiscox

Kate Hiscox is the co-founder and CEO of Sivo, a financial technology company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Originally from the United Kingdom, she has built a 15-year career as a serial entrepreneur, founding and scaling six distinct technology startups across the e-commerce and embedded finance sectors. Prior to launching Sivo, Hiscox served as the founder and CEO of Venzee, an artificial intelligence product data platform that she successfully led to an initial public offering on the TSX-V with a nine-figure post-listing valuation. She established Sivo in 2020 and subsequently participated in the Y Combinator W21 batch, securing a $100 million debt facility alongside an $11 million Series A funding round in October 2021. Her current professional focus centers on expanding debt-as-a-service infrastructure to provide scalable capital solutions for early-stage technology startups and alternative lenders.
