Kat Hu

Kat Hu is a Cofounder at Sepal AI, an artificial intelligence startup, and is currently based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Prior to launching her current venture, she led go-to-market strategy and strategic initiatives for the foundational large language model trainer business at Turing, a Series D technology company. In this capacity, she built and managed global organizations consisting of more than 500 artificial intelligence trainers while developing the corresponding operational infrastructure required for scale. Her earlier professional background includes management consulting experience executing strategic projects at McKinsey, as well as operational roles at One Acre Fund. Hu is a Knight-Hennessy Scholar who pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her current focus centers on scaling human-in-the-loop artificial intelligence training operations and developing go-to-market strategies for emerging enterprise technology ventures.
