Karolis Narkevicius

Karolis Narkevicius is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Humaans, a business-to-business human resources software company based in London, United Kingdom. Since establishing the employee management platform in 2020, he has helped scale the organization to approximately 43 employees and secured over $20 million in total funding, including a $15 million Series A round in 2022. The startup participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2021 cohort and has attracted strategic investment from several prominent technology founders and venture capitalists. Prior to launching his current venture, Narkevicius served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the venture firm Point Nine Capital and held engineering leadership positions at the personalization software provider Qubit. His current focus centers on driving product development and full-stack architecture within the HR technology sector to build scalable human resources management systems.
