Kara Holinski

Kara Holinski is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Confido, a Y Combinator-backed technology startup developing contact management and network visualization software. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to launching her current venture, Holinski served as an Associate Product Manager at Schmidt Futures, a philanthropic initiative established by Eric Schmidt. In this highly competitive fellowship program, she focused on building software solutions designed to address societal challenges and drive public benefit. At Confido, she currently leads the technical development of relationship timeline tools and smart search integrations that aggregate data from professional networks and email servers. Her professional career centers on leveraging her dual engineering background to build data-driven software products across both the philanthropic and startup sectors.
