Justin Spitz is the CEO and Co-Founder of Wattson Health, an AI-powered healthcare technology company based in Miami, Florida. Founded in 2023, the venture-backed startup participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2023 batch and currently operates with approximately three full-time employees. The firm specializes in developing custom AI voice and SMS agents designed to streamline healthcare provider workflows and facilitate remote patient monitoring for chronic disease management. Prior to launching his current entrepreneurial venture, Spitz held several leadership and analytical roles across major technology and enterprise organizations, including serving as the Head of Operations at Maximus, working in corporate strategy at Google, and holding an analytics position at Dropbox.
