Junyoung Park

Junyoung Park is a technology entrepreneur and the Co-founder of Weavel, an artificial intelligence startup focused on developing applications and developer tools powered by large language models. He previously studied Computer Science and Engineering at Seoul National University, South Korea's top-ranked academic institution, where he developed his foundational technical expertise in machine learning systems. Prior to launching his current entrepreneurial venture, Park worked as a researcher at a specialized artificial intelligence laboratory dedicated to advancing complex natural language processing technologies. During his academic and professional research tenure, he gained extensive hands-on engineering experience by architecting and building various software applications utilizing advanced generative models. Park currently focuses on bridging the critical gap between rigorous academic natural language processing research and practical, scalable enterprise software development within the rapidly evolving technology startup ecosystem.
