Julien Cottineau is the Co-founder of WhiteLab Genomics, an artificial intelligence platform company focused on genomic therapies, based in Paris, France. Previously, he served as a Senior Application Scientist at Genomic Vision, where he worked on advancing commercial applications for genetic diagnostic devices and platforms. Before entering the biotechnology sector, Cottineau was a Research Fellow at Rockefeller University and Necker Hospital, studying human complex immune deficiencies within Jean-Laurent Casanova’s laboratory. He holds a doctorate with honors in genetics, molecular biology, and immunology from Université Pierre & Marie Curie, and later partnered with a former GE Healthcare executive with twenty-three years of experience to launch his current venture. His professional background bridges academic research and commercial biotechnology, with a current focus on leveraging artificial intelligence to accelerate the discovery and design of cell, RNA, and DNA-based treatments.
