Juan Pablo Zepeda

Juan Pablo Zepeda is a logistics and operations leader at the healthtech startup Examedi, currently based in Santiago, Chile. An industrial engineer by formal training, he left a Master of Science program in Optimization to focus on building physical logistics infrastructure for Latin American technology startups. Prior to his current role, Zepeda scaled field operations at Houm, a regional proptech company backed by Y Combinator. During his tenure there, he managed a distributed fleet of approximately 150 freelancers operating across Chile, Mexico, and Colombia, ultimately achieving an average of one real estate property showing every six minutes. At Examedi, he now applies this operational expertise to digitize and streamline regional healthcare supply chains.
