Juan Casian

Juan Casian is the Co-Founder and CEO of Boom AI, an artificial intelligence startup based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2025 alongside co-founders Sergio Garcia and Jose Toscano, the three-person company develops virtual agents designed to automate customer interactions and drive sales for e-commerce brands. Prior to launching Boom AI, Casian dropped out of college to co-found Atrato, a Latin American Buy Now Pay Later fintech platform backed by Y Combinator. He initially served as Chief Technology Officer before transitioning to Chief Executive Officer, successfully scaling the enterprise from zero to approximately $20 million in annualized revenue. Under his leadership, Atrato participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2021 batch and ultimately exited through an acquisition. His professional background centers on technical leadership, scaling high-growth ventures, and deploying artificial intelligence solutions within the e-commerce sector.
