Juan Carlos Holguin

Juan Carlos Holguin is the Co-Founder of FastFarma and Founder of Grupo Link Latam, based in Quito, Ecuador. After co-founding the digital pharmacy in 2020, he served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ecuador under President Guillermo Lasso from January 2022 to April 2023. He previously spent 12 years as the Managing Partner of Grupo Link, a digital innovation holding company he established in 2008. His early career included roles as the Marketing and Commercial Manager at Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Quito and the General Manager of the Sports Division at the television network Teleamazonas. Holguin holds a degree in Corporate Communications from Universidad San Francisco de Quito and a Master's in Public Policy from Georgetown University. His professional background bridges public policy, international diplomacy, and digital technology entrepreneurship across the Latin American market.
