Joybroto Ganguly

Joybroto Ganguly is the Founder of the venture-backed edtech startup AntWalk and the Managing Trustee of the Aashayein Foundation, based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. He established AntWalk in June 2019 to provide bite-sized, experiential learning classes and professional upskilling platforms designed to enhance role readiness for corporate employees. Concurrently, Ganguly has directed the Aashayein Foundation since 2006, managing non-profit educational initiatives that have supported underprivileged children across India for more than fifteen years. Prior to his current entrepreneurial and philanthropic ventures, he spent four years working as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company between 2013 and 2017. During his tenure at the firm, he specialized in corporate strategy before transitioning into the education technology sector. His professional background centers on bridging educational gaps, combining foundational learning initiatives for youth with advanced professional development platforms for adults.
