Josiah Tsui

Josiah Tsui is a Co-founder and executive of Finley Technologies, a financial technology software company based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2020, the Y Combinator-backed startup has raised over $20 million in institutional venture capital funding from investors including Bain Capital Ventures to automate debt capital management. The enterprise software platform currently employs approximately 32 people and manages billions of dollars in debt capital facilities for various corporate customers. Prior to launching Finley, Tsui worked as a software engineer and product specialist at Palantir Technologies and the legal technology firm Ironclad. He holds a bachelor's degree in international studies and a master's degree in international relations and economics from Johns Hopkins University. His current focus centers on developing business-to-business software solutions that streamline compliance, reporting, and due diligence for asset-backed finance and private credit markets.
