Joshua Ramette

Joshua Ramette is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Undermind, a B2B artificial intelligence research platform based in San Francisco, California. He holds a PhD in physics from MIT, where his academic research focused extensively on quantum computing architecture design and atom-light interactions. Prior to his current venture, Ramette contributed to scientific initiatives across gravitational-wave astrophysics and particle physics at prominent research institutions including CERN. Throughout his academic career, he authored a total of six peer-reviewed publications and currently holds three pending patents related to entangled multi-particle state generation techniques. He launched Undermind as part of the Y Combinator Summer 2024 batch, successfully deploying the platform's AI research agents for enterprise clients like GSK. His current focus centers on leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize complex academic literature search and accelerate advanced scientific discovery processes.
