Josh Supan

Josh Supan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Shipmates, an e-commerce shipping aggregator based in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. Founded in July 2021 alongside CTO David Marquez, the platform integrates multiple couriers such as Lalamove and Grab to streamline bulk shipments for online merchants. Under his leadership, the 12-employee startup participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2022 batch and subsequently raised a $2.2 million seed round backed by Cathexis Ventures and Iterative VC. Prior to Shipmates, Supan served as the CEO of xpanse, an e-commerce enabler he launched in 2017, and worked as a Leasing Manager at SM Supermalls. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ateneo de Davao University. His current professional focus centers on building scalable logistics infrastructure to resolve complex supply chain challenges across the broader Southeast Asian e-commerce sector.
