Josh Green is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pursuit Properties, a real estate co-ownership platform operating within the property technology sector. Before launching his current entrepreneurial venture, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of an aerospace manufacturing company. His earlier professional career includes extensive executive experience in corporate finance, with specific roles in private equity and investment banking focused on deal structuring and complex financial transactions. At Pursuit Properties, Green collaborates with co-founder Trae Stephens, whose background includes prominent organizations such as Founders Fund, Anduril Industries, and Palantir Technologies. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service degree from Georgetown University. Green currently focuses his efforts on expanding real estate co-ownership models, executing property transactions, and managing specific real estate assets like Big Land Ranch.
