Joseph Nelson

Joseph Nelson is the co-founder and CEO of Roboflow, an artificial intelligence and computer vision developer platform based in San Francisco, California. Under his leadership, the Y Combinator alumni company has scaled to serve millions of software developers globally and secured over $55 million in total funding, reportedly reaching more than $20 million in annual recurring revenue by 2024. Prior to establishing Roboflow, he co-founded Represently, a civic technology software tool often described as a constituent customer relationship management system, which was successfully acquired in 2015. His earlier professional background includes working as a software engineer at Facebook and teaching data science and machine learning curriculum as an instructor at General Assembly. Today, Nelson focuses on expanding open-source computer vision infrastructure and building highly accessible machine learning tools for complex enterprise deployments.
