Joseph Ifiegbu

Joseph Ifiegbu is the former Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of eqtble, a Y Combinator-backed human resources analytics platform recently acquired by Paradox, based in New York City. Prior to founding the startup in 2020, he served as the Head of HR Technology at Snap Inc., where he developed the company's overarching human resources analytics strategy. Before his tenure at Snap, he built and directed the people analytics function at WeWork, scaling the department's data infrastructure to support a global workforce of 15,000 employees. His earlier technical career includes roles as a Lead Data Scientist at Toys R Us and a Data Scientist at Arsenal FC, where he constructed optimization models that generated millions in operational savings. Ifiegbu's professional background centers on leveraging enterprise data science to build scalable business-to-business software and optimize workforce decision-making.
