Jose RICO

Jose Rico is the Cofounder of OlaClick, a business-to-business software platform providing digital infrastructure and direct ordering solutions for the restaurant industry. Before establishing the startup in 2020, he worked at Google, where he operated as a strategy consultant specifically dedicated to managing the Rappi corporate account. Rico accumulated more than 15 years of professional experience in strategy and operations consultancy, advising clients across the technology, telecommunications, retail, media, and food delivery sectors. Through his current venture, he guided OlaClick into the Y Combinator Winter 2021 accelerator batch, scaling the platform to support thousands of independent restaurants across the Latin American market. Drawing on an international career spanning nine countries and fluency in four languages, his current focus centers on developing scalable software tools that help hospitality businesses manage customer data and streamline operational workflows.
