Jordan Burgess

Jordan Burgess is the Co-founder of Humanloop, an artificial intelligence developer platform, based in London, United Kingdom. He holds a Master of Science degree in Machine Learning from the University of Cambridge and gained prior software engineering experience at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Burgess co-founded Humanloop in 2020 to provide prompt management and evaluation tools for large language models, subsequently helping the software company reach over 10,000 active users by the first quarter of 2026. Under his direct product and engineering leadership, the enterprise startup secured a $20 million Series A funding round in 2024 led by Benchmark, adding to earlier seed backing from Y Combinator. Following the release of a multi-agent workflow update in March 2026, his current focus remains on building scalable evaluation systems and developer infrastructure for enterprise generative AI applications.
