Jordan Brown

Jordan Brown is the founder and chief executive officer of Lugg, an on-demand moving and delivery platform based in San Francisco, California. He established the logistics company in July 2014 alongside co-founder Eric Kreutzer, subsequently participating in the Y Combinator accelerator program during the summer of 2015. Following the initial accelerator launch, Brown successfully secured a $3.8 million seed funding round to scale the platform's core operations and acquire users across the United States. Under his executive leadership, the enterprise has expanded its service footprint to 24 major domestic markets as of 2025 while establishing last-mile delivery partnerships with thousands of retail locations, including IKEA and Best Buy. His current professional focus remains on optimizing last-mile consumer logistics and continuously expanding the technological framework for large-item transportation within the broader on-demand economy.
