Joonghyun Lee

Joonghyun Lee is the Chief Engineer and Chief Technology Officer at USUL, a United States-based early-stage technology startup. In this executive role, he directs the overarching technical development and engineering strategy for the enterprise, which participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2024 accelerator batch. Following the conclusion of this program, USUL successfully secured its initial Seed funding round on May 1, 2025, to further scale its core operations. Before establishing his current company, Lee cultivated specialized domain expertise spanning both advanced aerospace engineering and computer hardware architecture. His formal academic background includes studying Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Michigan, followed by advanced coursework in Aeronautics and Astronautics at Stanford University. Lee's current professional focus centers on leveraging his multidisciplinary engineering background to build and scale complex technological solutions within the aerospace sector.
