Jonty Knox

Jonty Knox is the cofounder of CustomerOS and is based in London, developing artificial intelligence agents for enterprise sales and marketing teams. He began his career at Huawei, where he was responsible for closing telecommunications contracts valued at over $1 billion. Knox subsequently served as Head of Product at Voxbone, building technology teams that contributed to the company's $519 million acquisition in October 2020. Following this exit, he led product development at a financial technology startup that was selected for the Sequoia Capital inaugural Arc batch in 2022. He launched his current venture shortly after, guiding the company through the Y Combinator Summer 2022 program while operating as an angel investor with a portfolio of over twenty startups. His professional background combines extensive product leadership in the communications sector with a current focus on building automated enterprise software.
