Jonathan Friedland

Jonathan Friedland is the Co-founder and Marketing Lead of Locale, a food delivery technology startup based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. He established the multi-vendor delivery platform in 2020 alongside co-founders Chris Clark and Kaveh Vahdat to consolidate orders from various local restaurants into a single unified logistical service. In his current executive capacity, Friedland directs the organization's broader marketing initiatives and manages customer acquisition strategies to expand the active user base across the region. His operational efforts are primarily driven by an objective to improve equitable consumer access to independent food vendors through centralized logistics technology. Outside of his professional responsibilities building the platform, the Bay Area native is an active skier and surfer. Friedland currently focuses on scaling Locale's growth marketing operations and customer retention within the competitive foodtech sector.
