Jonas Ebrahimi

Jonas Ebrahimi is the Co-founder of Karmen, a Y Combinator-backed construction technology startup developing AI-powered scheduling software. Growing up in a family of general contractors, he initially gained professional real estate experience working at JLL during his university studies. Following graduation, Ebrahimi joined the global merchant firm IXM, where he became the youngest commodity trader in the organization's history. In this capacity, he specialized in the European metals market and managed the annual delivery of over $1 billion worth of refined aluminum sourced from international industrial projects. He subsequently transitioned back to the construction sector to launch Karmen alongside a technical co-founder who previously built enterprise software for Shell and ExxonMobil. Ebrahimi currently focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to automate baseline schedule generation and dynamic project management for the broader commercial construction industry.
