Jonah Greenberger

Jonah Greenberger is the Co-founder and CEO of Bright, a residential solar subscription provider operating between San Francisco, California, and Mexico City. Since founding the startup in 2014, he has scaled Bright into Mexico's leading rooftop solar company, partnering with over 5,000 installers and raising more than $80.6 million across seven funding rounds. The climate tech platform is backed by prominent venture capital firms, including Y Combinator and First Round Capital, and recently secured a $31.5 million Series C in October 2023. Previously, Greenberger served as a Director at Chevron Energy Solutions from 2009 to 2014, where he successfully built a renewable energy investment and construction group. He holds a master's degree in thermodynamics and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford University, utilizing his expertise to expand affordable clean energy access throughout emerging markets.
