John Thomas is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Draft, formerly known as ContentFly, a B2B content creation platform based in Toronto, Ontario. Under his operational leadership, the company participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2021 batch and secured an $11.2 million Series A funding round led by Khosla Ventures. Prior to launching this technology startup, he worked as a Management Consultant at IBM, focusing on enterprise strategy, digital transformation, and operational efficiency for large global organizations. He also held a strategic consulting role at Jackman Reinvents, advising corporate clients on business scaling and market positioning. Following the company's official rebrand to Draft in 2022, he oversaw the platform's delivery systems and the integration of new AI-powered content tools.
