John Ta

John Ta is the CEO and Co-founder of Affil.ai, an AI-powered B2B marketing software company based in San Francisco, California. He concurrently serves as a Venture Fellow at Toronto-based Ripple Ventures and leads his approximately three-person startup through the Y Combinator Summer 2024 cohort. Prior to founding Affil.ai, Ta worked in corporate strategy at Accenture and drove growth initiatives for Roame during its participation in the Y Combinator Summer 2023 batch. His earlier career includes experience in mergers and acquisitions investment banking at Leerink Partners, following his graduation from the University of Pennsylvania in 2022 with a joint bachelor's and master's degree in biophysics and biochemistry. As an entrepreneur, Ta currently focuses on scaling affiliate marketing automation technologies while leveraging his diverse background in life sciences, corporate finance, and early-stage venture capital.
