Joey Skavroneck

Joey Skavroneck is the Co-founder of Craftwork, a home-painting startup based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Founded in 2023, the company recently secured a $7 million Series A funding round led by Slow Ventures, with participation from Y Combinator, to support its 18-person headquarters team and a network of approximately 40 painters. Prior to Craftwork, he led the North American business and managed major international partnerships at Zoomo, scaling the micromobility company from its seed stage into a prominent global category leader. Earlier in his career, he worked as a strategic management consultant and successfully founded and sold an independent out-of-home advertising company before earning his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. His current professional focus centers on applying software-driven modernization and operational scaling strategies to traditional consumer service industries across the country.
