Jialu Tu is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Tuli Health, a digital health startup based in London, United Kingdom. Before transitioning into the healthcare technology sector, Tu spent nearly ten years working in the financial services industry, where he identified critical technological shortcomings that inspired his entrepreneurial pivot. He holds a degree in Mathematics from Imperial College London, providing the quantitative foundation for his subsequent work in software development and enterprise technology. At Tuli Health, which participated in a Summer 2021 accelerator cohort and operates with a team of approximately four employees, he oversees technical execution, operational processes, and strategic growth. His current focus centers on integrating machine learning, medical tourism, and localization into modern healthcare solutions, leveraging his background in finance and affinity for open-source platforms like Red Hat to build scalable medical technologies.
