Jessica Jackley

Jessica Jackley is the Cofounder and General Partner at Untapped Capital, Founder and CEO of Alltruists, and a Professor of the Practice of Entrepreneurship at the USC Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles, California. She is best known as the cofounder and former Chief Marketing Officer of Kiva, a pioneering peer-to-peer microlending platform that has facilitated over $2 billion in microloans since its inception in 2005. Previously, Jackley served as Chief Impact Officer at Aspiration, a General Partner at SparkLabs Global Ventures, a Venture Partner at Collaborative Fund, and the founder of the Y Combinator-backed startup ProFounder. She holds an MBA from Stanford University, studied at the Harvard Kennedy School, and authored the 2015 book Clay Water Brick. Her professional background centers on advancing microfinance, crowdfunding innovations, entrepreneurship education, and early-stage social impact investing.
