Jeremy Tsui

Jeremy Tsui is the co-founder and CEO of Finley, a debt capital management software platform based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Under his leadership, the Y Combinator-backed startup has raised over $20 million in venture funding from investors like Bain Capital Ventures and CRV, and currently manages more than $2 billion in debt capital for high-growth companies. Prior to launching Finley in 2020, Tsui worked in the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on structured finance, software investments, and debt capital markets. He previously served as a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman, specializing in financial analysis, scenario modeling, and stress testing for major banking institutions. Tsui leverages his extensive background in structured finance and corporate debt to focus on automating credit facility management and loan servicing for modern fintech borrowers.
