Jeremy Hermann is the Co-founder and CEO of Tecton, an enterprise machine learning data platform based in San Francisco, California. Before launching his current venture, he served as an Engineering Manager and Head of the Machine Learning Platform team at Uber, where he co-created the highly influential Michelangelo platform. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and previously worked on distributed systems. Under his leadership, Tecton has raised over $160 million in total venture funding, including a $100 million Series C round, while securing backing from prominent investors like Sequoia Capital. The company recently expanded its platform capabilities with the Rift compute engine and integrated with Snowflake's machine learning ecosystem.
