Jen Herbach

Jen Herbach is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Adventris Pharmaceuticals, a biotechnology startup based in San Francisco, California. Since establishing the Y Combinator-backed company in June 2022, she has directed the development of novel cancer vaccines targeting KRAS mutations, preparing to submit an initial FDA application for human clinical trials in early 2027. Before launching her own venture, Herbach accumulated over ten years of industry experience managing the commercialization of oncology therapeutics through strategic roles at major pharmaceutical firms including Amgen, Genentech, Exelixis, and Amunix. Her academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, completed in 2013, alongside a Master's degree from the University of Cambridge. Herbach currently focuses on advancing specialized immunotherapies for lung, colon, and pancreatic cancers by bridging early-stage scientific research with commercial drug development.
