Jeff Wilson aka Professor Dumpster

Jeff Wilson, also known as Professor Dumpster, is the Co-founder and CEO of No Cap and is based in San Francisco, California, and Marfa, Texas. His current venture, No Cap, is a Y Combinator-backed artificial intelligence angel investor designed to wire $100,000 to early-stage startups in three minutes. Previously, Wilson founded Kasita, a modular micro-housing startup acquired in 2018, and co-founded Jupe, an off-grid portable shelter company that raised $9.5 million. Before entering the technology sector, he served as an environmental science professor and dean, and completed postdoctoral research at Harvard University. During this academic tenure, he gained international recognition for living in a 36-square-foot dumpster for a year. Wilson leverages his academic background and hardware development experience to focus on property technology, sustainable micro-living solutions, and artificial intelligence venture capital.
