Jean-Edern Lorillon

Jean-Edern Lorillon is the Founder and CEO of PaletteHQ, a cloud-based sales compensation platform based in Ville d’Avray, France. Founded in December 2020, the company participated in the Y Combinator S21 batch and subsequently raised $6 million in funding led by Bain Capital Ventures. Lorillon currently oversees a team of 14 employees developing software designed to automate sales commissions and improve revenue infrastructure for B2B enterprises. Prior to establishing his own venture, he spent over six years operating in the software-as-a-service industry, notably serving as a sales executive at Algolia. During his tenure at the search API company, he was a key contributor to early growth initiatives that scaled the customer base from 200 to 8,500 clients. His professional focus remains centered on building scalable enterprise software and optimizing sales performance systems for technology companies.
